This project involved the construction of accommodation facilities for deficient in-living sailors at INA Ezhimala, aiming to provide comfortable and modern residential infrastructure for naval personnel. Executed under the authority of GE(P) Ezhimala, the project focused on building a well-structured multi-storey facility equipped with essential amenities to support the living needs of sailors. With a contract value of ₹9,98,08,176.79, the project commenced on 24 April 2019 and was successfully completed on 30 June 2022. The development reflects a strong commitment to quality construction, functional design, and timely execution to support the operational environment of the Indian Naval Academy.
