The project involves the completion of incomplete works for setting up Single Officers’ Accommodation as part of the augmentation of infrastructure and facilities at Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala. Executed under Contract No. CE(NW)/KOCHI/EZH/16 of 2025–26, the work is being carried out under the supervision of GE(P) Ezhimala. The objective of this project is to strengthen residential infrastructure for officers undergoing training and service at the academy, ensuring improved accommodation facilities within the campus. The total contract value of the project is ₹5,52,60,770.39, with the work commencing on 28 March 2025 and scheduled for completion by 12 December 2026. This project forms part of the continued infrastructure development initiatives at the academy to support the growing operational and training requirements.
