The construction includes modern structural design and necessary infrastructure suited for the coastal environment. With a contract value of ₹18,69,99,999.00, the project commenced on 18 March 2021 and is scheduled for completion on 31 March 2026, reflecting a commitment to high-quality construction and efficient project execution.
