This ongoing project involves the construction of married accommodation for sailors as part of the infrastructure augmentation at INA Ezhimala. Executed under the authority of GE(P) Ezhimala, the project aims to provide modern, well-planned residential facilities to improve the living standards of naval personnel and their families. Designed with a focus on durability, functionality, and efficient space utilization, the development supports the growing infrastructure needs of the Indian Naval Academy. With a contract value of ₹36,65,87,999.00, the project commenced on 16 June 2023 and is scheduled for completion on 31 May 2026.
